This renovated Acadia bungalow needed just a bit of sprucing up to get ready for the market. We advised a fresh paint job to replace the dated “paprika” on the main floor, and a fresh new light fixture on the main floor for that first impression impact. Then it was out with the old (furniture) and in with the new, for a fresh new look that helped the house sell in one day!
